Location & Description:
Completing the link between the first phase and the main road, the resort's second phase, on an area of 224,000m², will have a 723 room 5 star hotel, extensive landscaping and water features (swimming pools, fountains), 45 buildings with 342 apartments ranging in size from 50m2 to 100m² and a commercial center of around 5,000m².
Residents will also benefit from the amenities offered by the first phase.

Project Status:
• Stella Makadi Bay Gardens Hotel operational since October 2011.
